I'm new to DIY, where do I start?
Our beginner-friendly workshops help you get comfortable and stay safe with the essential tools you'll use on nearly every project. So select a beginners workshop and get started today.
Do I need experience to start?
Not at all! Most of our students are total beginners. Every class is designed for homeowners with little to no experience—our instructors break everything down step-by-step, show you exactly how it's done, and give you plenty of hands-on practice time.
You'll be amazed how fast your confidence builds after just one session!
Do I need my own tools?
Not at all. Our coaches / tradesman will have their tools. They will explain what tools are necessary for the specific task. This is so that you can have a basic understanding of the tools you need. This prevents you from buying extra tools that you may not need.
If I choose a class session, what do I need to bring?
Just yourself. You will receive an email shortly after you register for your class. We require closed toe shoes, and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Doing "DIY" yourself isn’t the problem. Doing it wrong is.
If you want to handle DIY tasks yourself — but want clarity before you buy — this page is your next step.
